  Good professional service and achieved a rapid result. The only reason for 4 stars was that once an offer was received matters passed into the hands of someone who only worked 3 days a week. Also at this stage the buyer was under a misapprehension that was passed on to us rather than corrected. Once Emma was involved things were rapidly sorted out.

  buying a property and the team were all very helpful, efficient and passionate. Worked mainly with Emma Kelly who was lovely, so helpful with anything and felt like she went the extra mile. Would 100% recommend the company.

  When we were selling our house, Gowland White were the 3rd estate agent we tried, after 6 months of being on the market. With Gowland White we sold within a matter of weeks. Their customer service was always fantastic: Emma in particular was brilliant! Everyone was always professional, courteous and friendly.We’re now looking at buying again and we’re seeing things from the other side of the fence and they are equally as good as when we were selling. The text confirmations and reminders for appointments are particularly useful and the agents are excellent for helping with the house-hunting!
