  Lovely hotel, great room, comfortable bed and cracking location for exploring.

  Could have been better! Did not appreciate being put in a room with a window with a delivery area outside. As a lone female traveller it was very disconcerting to have several men walking past and looking into the room, even though I was dressed!

  Came here for a work seminary. Room was cold, had to ask for heating I was asked to wait, i waited 10 mins and was still left standing so I returned to my cold room. The curtaims were fake so I couldn't close them. Terrible cold draft, and to top this off the spotlights on the ceiling had no switch to turn them off. So light all night, ends up with a very un pleasant sleep. Then had to return back to Birmingham. Won't be staying here again.

  Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds lovely and clean. The staff were helpful and we were given a free upgrade as it was my birthday.

  Stayed here for one night. Room was small and hot with little ventilation floor was uneven on one side of the room. Apart from that great for some were to sleep and have a shower. Good location
