  I have often popped into this shop for assistance and I have always been impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are. I got a set of mud guards fitted a couple of months ago, the young guy was really accommodating, I had popped in close to closing time not realising how long they take to fit. He was great and was happy to foot them there and then. I found that the back one has been slipping recently and today one of the spokes came off. Again I just turned up (again quite close to closing :-/) and the man, sorry, I didn't catch your name, was really helpful, fixed it there and then and even had the parts needed that I was missing. He even let me use the hose to wash off my bike a bit :-) Great service, everyone, everytime!! Thank you

  Excellent place. Having previously worked 8 years in the bike trade im fully aware of the hit and miss customer service any bike shop can offer. This place is consistantly spot on. Iv used Grease Monkeys for the odd job which required tools I don't keep at home and Adam both done them on the spot and with great chat and banter In the process! Recommended! This place breaks the mold of "typical" workshops

  Highly recommended. Friendly and down-to-earth staff who go out of their way to help you. Have had a few services and other bits and pieces sorted and always been happy with the result. Loyalty scheme is an added bonus! Cheers guys

  As always a top notch service from these boys. A no nonsense setup with a clinical efficiency in their approach..thanks for you help lads .. shall be back in March for a service

  I have taken my bike in twice so far to get work done. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Great value for money - I will be back.
