  Staff are abrupt and rude. Today I was calling non stop since opening and the phone call was ended when I got to the front of the que. When I eventually spoke to someone I was told I had to make an appointment on the morning! They are currently taking on new patients, what a joke! They can't serve the patients they have now. Appalling service.

  I would like to thank all the staff at the clinic for processing my referral quickly and professionally and especially the medical secretary who contacted me when it was completed.

  Can never get an appointment. Even for children's injections. Dislike the new outsourcing of repeat prescription. As eveytime I've used it prescription is wrong.

  I've been with them 16 years, now the business has changed hands. And I no longer live in the area... asked to leave. Horrendous place, no empathy from staff and Drs especially one is now too big for his boots. Disgusting place
