  Lovely and friendly welcome with a great full english breakfast. Room was very clean and we'll presented. Plenty of parking and not far from pubs and restaurants. 2nd time I have stayed here and great value for money. Iwould highly recommend staying

  Stayed in the annex to greensand, had a great stay, staff were great even remembered my stay from two years back 10/10 Barry & Gloria Simms.

  Rooms are amazing - very big, clean and homely. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Would definately come back

  Brilliant place to stay,and the breakfast wow, nice grounds to walk in and a very nice car parking, lovely host and i would stay again,thank-you.

  Really bad. Was moved rooms twice. They had lost one of our bookings so people had to share rooms. Was overrun by ants in one room and was moved. I lost some of my belongings while switching room, namely a coat, and contacted them for 6 weeks afterwards to retrieve it but they never sent it back, even though they confirmed they had it and I offered to pay the postage. This place used to be the bees knees in this area but it has gone down hill rapidly after a switch in management. I certainly wont be staying here again. Avoid it at all costs.
