  I had a very unpleasant encounter at this shop and experienced some awful customer service. If I could go lower than one star, I would. There was an old man with glasses who, when asked for measurements, point blank refused unless I paid a 50% deposit ahead of time. He seemed annoyed at the fact that I asked which was very odd considering he works in a suit shop. The store was not busy and the strangest thing is that he refused to do any measurements even when he saw I was about to spend £60 on other items and was not a time waster. I can only assume that the business is doing so well that he doesn't need any more customers. I would highly recommend not going to the store.
