  This does not apply to all greggs but i does to the elm row branch. its area and regional manager. To start. staff are rude and manager has no control. after i asked her to tell staff to stop smoking at my resedential as it stinks the stair way out and they stubb and leave their butts on my door and steps, they still done it. so when i asked the manager again after coming down to find staff memer doing it, again, she went out to tell the staff to move.... she took 2 steps of my stairs but decided to stand in front of the door on the pavement. now granted its public. but lets not kid ourselves. she was being a smartass. Then the manage asked her to step away, she argued and started to give sass. then anothet staff member started giving me bull. now i am sorry if the manager of a shop said i will deal with it. that means the staff dont get involved. clearly she is too pally and they have no respect for her position of authority. on top of that the staff member smoking on my front door steps final words to me were and i quote I finish and 12.00 i will see you outside. as far as i am concerned thats a threat. i reported it to the area manager. some how the staff member still works there. i reported it the to regional manager who phoned me once and left a message. never phoned me back. member of staff is still there. if my staff member spoke to member of public like that she would of been sacked on the spot. why? threatning behaviour is gross misconduct. now the staff dont smoke at my door amymore. but they do at the other resedential doors. not at valvona and crollas. or the post office. or the etting shop. or the pub or the take away or any business front. just. at. resedential. doors. take what you want from those actions an make your judgement on the type of people that do that. regards your neighbour upstairs who you have no respect for

  I asked, but they did not add sugar to my coffee. Dont do this mistake :(
