::I entered the store this morning at 10.05 there was 6 people in the que and 1 member of staff serving. After waiting over 5minutes to be served I ordered a bbq pulled pork lattice after receiving my food I noticed it was freezing being a chef I know hot food has to be served above 63 degrees ecspecially as I'm pregnant. Friends behind me in que order a number of baguettes and was waiting in the shop for 20mins for their food to be prepared staff were rude and using their bare hands to prep food and didn't even wash them. They were given wrong orders and the omelette baguette was burnt both the baguette and the omelette it was un edible! Not at all happy with our service! Also they were given 2 different prices and when asked for a itemised reciept they were only given the card transactions reciept! 3 very unhappy customers
