::First time I have been here , possibly the last time as well . All I am interested in is the restaurant, We had a meal out for 4 on a Tuesday night , booked in at 7pm and was surprised that only 1 couple was in the restaurant. No atmosphere at all even the tables for the cards etc were little used .Perhaps it was too early or the quietest night of the week . I personally thought the cost of the food was a touch high . Mike

::Went to Grosvenor casino for afternoon tea and it was delicious. Staff were very attentive. 5 star service.

::I like the bar snacks here as I would rather spend my money on the machines or table than to sit down in the restaurant upstairs for a proper meal. There is non alcoholic cocktails which is a must. It has changed from last time I was there few years ago, as there doesn't seem to be many slot machines - more tables than ever before. Love the dazzling pink ceiling lights in the bar area which light up the black glittery marble tables. You don't have to bet on anything, just have a drink and watch people lose money!

::got to say that the G.M. is a proper caring host. Who pays attention to detail and responds to observations. with a prompt and courteous manner. Who obviously cares about looking after his customers.

::Let me start by saying that the staff are outstanding. The customer service with heartfelt warmth and attention they provided was second to none. I visited to celebrate my mum's 90th birthday with a group of family and we felt like VIP's from the second we arrived. Even the door staff were so genuine and happy to help, please pass my thanks to them also. The reception team were so friendly and helped me so much during the planning phase, they are a pleasure to deal with. We were seated in the restaurant and were greeted by both the Duty Manager and the Restaurant Manager (apologies if these are not the correct titles) who couldn't do enough to make sure the night went as smooth as possible. The bar staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive and can I also say just how impressed we all were with the food served - totally exceeded out expectations and utterly delicious! An amazing night!
