  The staff at Grove Lodge Vets always greet me with a smile, deal with my concerns about my dog promptly and give me good, sound advice! The practice is always clean and welcoming.

  Avoid these rip off 'vets' like the plague!!! Rude vet, who didn't bother to check our dog and was too lazy to make a diagnosis, but had the audacity to charge extortionate fees by using guesswork as to what antibiotic to prescribe him Also, it's a rare known fact that medication does NOT have to be dispensed in the vets. Ask for the prescription and get it online yourself. For the antibiotic they prescribed at £65 the first time, it was £29 online. They also did nothing to rectify the problem when I made a high level complaint. Bottom Line, they don't care, are a money making machine with extortionate 400% mark up on products and our dog still suffered due to lack of care. Avoid avoid avoid!

  Excellent reception staff and vets who genuinely love animals. Very clear communication and very compassionate.

  Always full of smiles from the reception and the practise is so clean. They explain things to you very clear and I'm very happy to say grove lodge is the best vet for my cats. I'd highly recommended grove lodge espeicly the pet care plan which is a big help when you have no cash at the time! Well done grove lodge. Have already recommended you to others ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
