Extremely professional service. The staff are personable and very good at what they do. The care I received firstly from the paramedic to the nurses and then the doctor was second to none. Very impressed.

They’ve made healthcare easy and enjoyable. Excellent service, 0 waiting time and very friendly and professional staff in all departments. I’ve visited a few on different occasions and I’m more than happy.

After 3 visits to my own dentist, I had to go into the emergency dental unit as I was still in a lot of pain. I arrived at around 8.15am and there were already a lot of people there - I was number 20! However, they have a huge team of staff/dentists and they were all very organised which meant that people were seen quite quickly. What really impressed me was how polite and kind all the staff were! I was quite blown away by this, actually. Once you get called, you'll have an initial assessment with the dentist and then you'll be sent off for an x-ray. You then bring the result of the x-ray back and then you'll be called again to discuss the x-ray results and possible treatments/solutions... If you've ever had a toothache then you'll know how vital it is to get seen and treated as soon as possible and that's what they do at Guys!! This team are just so excellent and I am really thankful that I live in a country where this kind of service is available. And it's free of charge as well! This is why we must always herald the protection of our NHS - they are simply amazing ♥️

I visited the urgent care centre with a nasty cut to my hand. I was seen very promptly and the nurse (Sue) was excellent. Thank you Guy’s. You and the whole of the NHS are absolutely wonderful - we are all so fortunate to have you. Keep up the good work!

I went in to urgent care this morning for an infection, and I was really nervous and had no previous experience with health care in the UK as I'm an international student. However, the process was simple and all of the staff I dealt with today were wonderful. My GP was so kind and made me feel comfortable. The waiting time wasn't too bad and most importantly issue was solved. I am really happy with my experience there.
