  Really great service provided. Have dealt with other estate agents before and this is by far the best experience I've had.   I went to this branch to learn more about the city’s housing prices for a school geography project. I was nervous that they would turn me down since I wasn’t interested in buying a property but the staff were super friendly and helpful.   Valuation was performed by Dominic, who was very friendly and professional. The produced sales brochure looked good. Niaz performed most of the viewings as was very reliable, arriving a bit before the viewing times and letting me know in advance if there were any issues. The estimated sales price ended up being a bit high as we had a lot of viewings but no offers over the first 3-4 weeks, dropping the price down about 25k resulted in a few offers and a sale.
