  NEVER EVER EVER order from Dillis. Pick another Indian. I will never do so again, and have urged many of my family and friends who have enjoyed it in the past not to either. Our order yesterday took 1h45 minutes to arrive (on a Wednesday night!), and their phone was consistently busy/off the hook completely when we tried to contact them. When it did arrive, the delivery man was very defensive, and then when we opened the bags ONE OF OUR CURRIES WAS MISSING. We tried to ring them to tell them but it took a further hour to get through to them. In the meanwhile, the rest of our food went cold. When we did get through to them, the member of staff who answered the phone was defensive and unhelpful, accusing us of lying. Furthermore, he didn't even offer to refund us. Like we'd spend an extra hour trying to get through to them on the phone instead of eating after already waiting until 9.30pm for our order to arrive! We spent £30 on food we couldn't eat that was late and incomplete. Just-Eat have refunded us a voucher, but I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from this takeaway to ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you do however, I would recommend checking every item is present in the bag before you let the delivery man leave. An absolute disgrace.
