  Dan really helpful. Examined tyre before replacing inner tube (found thorn), which Halfords in Falkirk had managed to put in wrongly, as well as not examining tyre. Put seat back down for me, which Falkirk didn’t do. Thank you Dan.

  I visited this store last week. I was wandering about for 20 minutes looking for help and there was no staff in sight. I eventually found a member of staff and managed to order a part for my car. When taking my details, the woman on the till misspelled my surname and incorrectly typed the last 3 digits of my phone number. I told her and corrected her twice and she said she would go back into the system and change it after I left. This lady was clearly just rushing what she was doing, instead of slowing down and listening when customers are giving her information. I phoned Halfords this morning to see if the part I ordered had arrived yet. It had been sat in the store for days. I wonder why they couldn’t phone me to let me know it had arrived in store?
