  Very poor customer service, they only want to take as much money as possible from you without doing their job properly.

  Staff not very attentive to their customers, leave them standing around like idiots waiting for assistance whilst they carry on their conversations... Also rude...

  Bloke on the cycle counter called Terry really knows his stuff very helpful and friendly they don't hold a lot of stock in store these days so most probably have to order online for collection if it's not basic stuff your after, you can also wheel your bike into the store which is a plus as the bike hoops outside are those stupid spiral things that make it difficult to lock both wheel up to.

  Poor customer service. Asked for help with selecting a car seat, and quite frankly the staff looked bored at the prospect and much more interested in bikes. They said somebody would be over to help us, but after 20 minutes of looking at 7 members of staff wandering about, we gave up and left.
