    Ordered an item online for Pick up, however wrong item came to them. Talked to stuart and had to wait an extra day but received the item for free even though it had a £70 value. They couldnt have been more helpful. Excellent service.

    I have a 12 year old Jag and the large engine is squeezed into a small space. I needed to change my front bulb - bought it and tried to fit it myself - almost impossible, pissing with rain freezing cold. asked for help from one of the guys and he tried, couldn't get into the lights and he then asked another colleague and after a while he managed to get into it and changed it for a small charge. I recently had the car serviced and it had to stay a bit longer with the mechanic as it is such a difficult engine to work on & your guys did it with a smile. My wipers where shot and one of your guys helped me find the correct one on your tablet. - I went to change myself as the shop was busy and maybe a bit understaffed (might do better with a higher wage % to work to, i've managed within companies and know what it can be like) My wipers where completely different so I went in and the lady inbetween helping other people helped me and showed me a different type that where on my car. That didn't work as a bodge job had been done on my car in the past and the first guy who served me helped me again and sorted me out again for a small charge, but well worth it. - Thanks again
