  Sloppy no staff on customer desk /only two in attendance running all over the place trying to locate items/was advised to wait 25 minutes for some one to identify my warning light.Mot Happy

  Very helpful staff members. Gave me advice on lights bulbs ans windscreen wipers for me car and fitted them quickly.

  Served by Ravi I was looking for a bike for my son and was not sure which would be right for him. Ravi discussed what the bike was need for, discussed brand type of bike color. The service and knowledge was excellent better than expected. We came to the store to collect the bike and we were served by Jack again he gave the same excellent service Thanks for your help

  Avoid this branch, full of lies. I called to check if the bike which I've ordered is ready which they confirm it is ready. Went two days later, no bike (maybe they sold it or the guy who answered the phone was lying). one young guy said the box is here but they are busy so they can't assemble it now. Another guy came and said they don't have the box they can request it and will be ready this evening (Someone is lying and). The third lies was that they didn't leave a voice mail for me because I don't have voice mail (I have one). Pathetic lies, unprofessional, not helpful, ruined my plans for the day. Avoid this branch for your peace of mind.
