  Customer service second to none. Got my headlight replacement bulb quickly and fitted with great advice and help from the lady who served me.

  My VW Bug needed a bike rack and I knew it wasn't going to be easy. However the staff in Snipe retail park are very good, especially Paul. I think he has the patience of a saint! He was knowledgeable kind and very patient, the roof rack then the cycle carrier was put on, then everything was explained on how to use it. I was a bit nervous about going to Halfords but it was all done with no fuss and I know full well I couldn't have done it myself! Thank you
