::MOT was booked for 11:50am and was advised when booking that it would take approx 1 hour to complete. MOT wasn't started until 12:40pm and due to an issue with the DVA system the MOST was finally complete at 2:10pm making me late for work. This would have been avoided if the test was completed at the scheduled time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

::Went for free brake check and this was completed within 45 mins. All ok with brakesa nd tyres, so clean bill of health. Good to know! Excellent service, apart from time taken to answer phone on original call. This was due to busy time on Sat morning.

::After booking a slot for 9:30, had to wait a further 2 and a half hours for work to be completed as a car was still on ramp from previous day. Why they ask for contact numbers I don't know as they don't warn you when you won't be seen at the scheduled time paid for. Then as they had left it as long they had missed their last tyre delivery so had to go else where for that as best they could do was a 3 day wait. Unorganised and won't be recommending.

::Never Again! I write as the service I booked for Monday morning ticks into Wednesday afternoon and still my car isn't back...And I'm still not sure whether the poor service is just how they treat everyone or I women get it worse. Anyway they used to get my service as they were close and bookable online, they did my MOT this year in June. By this service in November something they had "fixed" in June had already broken personally I think a new part that took them a day to source in June should last more than 5 months. As for this week's service - booked in Monday morning slot and dropped my car off before 8.30am (supposedly services take approx 2 hours) heard nothing until I called at 16.00 and was told that it wasn't done yet. Got called back at 16.30 with an incomplete report then called back at 16.40 because they'd just notice another £100 of things that were needed and was told they needed to keep the car overnight. I literally do not have the time off work to arrange an alternative garage to look at it so with a call that late in the evening I am stuck with them for repairs. Tuesday no contact until John called at 16.20 - the parts van broke down but my car would likely be done on weds. Asked for a call for a status update at approx 12.30 on Weds which I was promised would happen - and that my car would probably be ready by then. Nope I called at 13.40 Weds and no one knew anything about calling me and apparently the parts van has only just turned up, well past lunch which is awful logistics planning on Halford's part if true. Fingers, toes and everything else crossed I get it back tonight. So to sum up awful communication, repairs that don't hold for 5 months (less than 1000 miles in that time) and prices that are no cheaper than the rest of Aberdeen. If I could rate 0/5 I would.
