  Appalled. Took car in for m.o.t July 17 had lots of work done of which one job they had done previous year but still charged me for it on the hope i would not notice. Drove car home passenger side wing mirror dropped of, electrics stopped working on mirror now. Oh and prior to taking car home there was water leaking from the car underneath and advised to bring back next day to take a look at. Oh not pur fault the hole in the water bottle was there before we did the work. Mmm no did not leak before I brought it here. Took car back told them about wing mirror oh we would not have touched it as not part of m.o.t. Yes it guys my nephew is a qualified m.o.t. tester!! To diagnose the electrics we have to charge 50. What on top of the 1200 you've already charged when you've done this!!! Oh wait, brought car home and never felt right since. Did not drive it much until back end of last year. Took tyre in to a different garage to get new one, wow this is bad and should have been changed at m.o.t if you've hardly driven it. Anyway, car has not felt safe since then and finally plucked up courage to take to a garage which I trust and should of took it to in the first place. Both front new wheels are bold already why. Because halfords who said they had done the front tracking never did (which in my heart I knew as the steering wheel was way off) and also charged me for that. Shocking, absolutely shocking! Taking this further for investigation as I have the tyre which was changed back end of last, and asked the garage who are now taking two new tyres from front off to save for small claims court. Disgusted!!

  I accidentally curbed my front bumper and knocked something off underneath. Took it to halfords autoshop nottingham and they sorted it on the house! Only took them half an hour! Excellent service need i say more. Thankfully they also spotted i was driving on a flat run-flat tyre too

  Got in at very short notice. Quick and easy in 2 hours. The only thing I didn't agree on was that I needed a new headlight bulb. As it was only that morning I brought 2 and connected them. Wasn't gonna argue for the sake of 12£ will use next time.

  I would highly recommend Halfords Autocentre the service they provide is professional and outstanding and Carly the manager is very helpful and polite the macanics put your mind at rest with the work they carry out on your vehicle
