  Very helpful when I rushed in with a strange request for 20 buckets! They were more than happy to help and even took displays down to make up the 20. Thanks to the 2 members of staff who helped!

  Great service, offered great help to choose my dash cam solution and fitting was done straight away. Full instructions were given after fitting. A good store with great service.

  Went into Halfords today and spoke to a staff member call Mark very helpful and very polite really good job with the help you gave today

  Horrendous customer service. I went to store with a friend and they ignored us. Then they would boss around an asian man because they could not be botherd to do the things them self. No costomer service skills what so ever.....when u enquire about a product they would roll their eyes. Last time i will be going there

  Not a great Halfords. Venue appears older or just grubby and is small so shelf offer is limited. Recommend click and collect to guarantee you get what you want. Travelled across town to see a specific child’s bike and they didn’t have it to view or buy!?!
