  Called round this afternoon, was going in for a Bike for me and one for the Wife, there were 2 young lads one looked like a Saturday boy, anyway as I joined the 3 Deep Queue one of the Sales Staff went out through a staff only door, leaving this one lad who was already serving a customer on his own! After almost 5 minutes of waiting I decided enough was enough and left. I will go to some one who wants my £500 .

  Thank you once again Halfords Team at Squires Gate, wonderful service throughout, rectified a Dash Cam problem originally caused by by defective cable, removed dash cam and cable, returned with new vehicle and whilst I waited they installed and fitted Next Base dash cam, nothing is too much trouble for them.Congratulations and sincere thanks to all staff at Blackpool, Squires Gate.

  This store used to be a go to store, nowadays it just seems like the staff are drained or lack motivation and just go through the motion. Not very clued up 9n stock if you ask about something and the queing issues are still a massive issue as they have been for a while. Its a shame because it wasnt always like that. The range of products in stock is good when you can find an item without damage, not all products are like this though and as per halfords standards the range of electronics is secind to non, sat navs/stereos/dash cams. Just a shame the rest is neglected product wise in certain departments. General overall exeprience differs from time to time but staff levels on tills means you will be standing in a que while the poor till operator has to wait for another member to deal with a return or complaint. Small things make a big difference overall.

  Many great offers and usually sales on. Otherwise this is a great place to pick up all your motoring/camping or cycling items. Sometimes things are a little expensive but it's handy to have everything in one place 7 days a week. The advanced range of tools is great as it has a life time guarantee and I've never had a problem exchanging a broken socket/spanner etc.
