  Absolutely horrendous service. Staff seriously need some customer service training! Popped in to get some wiper blades and was stood in the queue for at least 15 minutes and then all of a sudden loads of staff came from out the back finally to so called start helping and when they did one “couldn’t sign on the computer “ and we didn’t get any sorry for the wait or anything kind and polite! What an absolute disgrace! Won’t be going there again.

  Visited this store Thursday evening. looking for a quick inner tube replacement on my son's bike, bike department staff (2) were like a pair of uninterested zombies! Totally ignored. And rude. Thought, stuff you I'll do it myself. bearded hipster clowns!

  Great place for spending 30 minutes being ignored by every member of staff. Taking my £140 home to spend online with anyone other than Halfords... and that's what I'll always do from now onwards

  Expensive but that's only what I spent. Not a bad experience. Plenty of parking. Alway important.

  Ordered a bike carrier on li b e for pick up in store...order wasn't delivered and suppliers are close for the weekend... Staff offered to sort on Monday but said it not be delivered until Thursday...not good as we go on holiday sat.oh well off to a competitor to spend our money
