  Just went to try and get a new bike tyre for my daughter. 2 members at staff at the bike but, 1 walked straight past us to go somewhere else and the other stood talking to an old man about guitars for 10 minutes before we walked off to try a different person to get help from. Stood in a queue for another 10 minutes before walking out after getting sick of the terrible service. Shocking.

  Fitted my top box. Fitted well but took about an hour and did it from a set of ladder. Could quite easily of fallen into roof of car.

  Overpriced due to essentially a monopoly on bike parts. Low skilled staff, not necessarily their fault, underpaid, underesourced. Good range of products

  Am not happy with your communication very poor I had to call for my order for 2 weeks On your wedsite you say you will demonstrate my joie car seat NOTHING Was done I would love to hear from your manager After paying 150 £ 🤦‍♂️ 1000000000 poor customer service Rubbish I feel like returning the car seat and go to toys are us

  Reasonably priced car and bike accessories, particularly when on sale and Halfords own products. It can get very busy on fitting at certain times and later in the evenings there can be very few staff although those that are there have always been very helpful.
