  Staff are rude, went to return item, was a que, was told to wait for some reason (unsure why as item was small and I had receipt) the person continued to serve others, when all served, walked off and went on lunch! Didn't even get another colleague to help! The majority of the staff are rude and have very little knowledge of the items the store sells!

  Went into store to buy a couple of new parts for my bike. Matt, the young lad fixing the bikes was very helpful and knows his stuff, told him the make and model of the bike and he knew the exact parts of needed, it's not very often you get someone who does their job and does it that well! Clearly dedicated to what he does, him and the older guy with the bold head are a credit to the store.

  Telephoned to check stock of 2 car window guards. When arrived yes they had two but not matching. Staff at the store are always helpful and pleasant. But like all the stores these days they don't carry the stocks any more so if you want something straight away you are properly not going to get it. You may as well order on line and save the cost of the petrol. Sell camping gear but no repair kits if eyelets need replacing why? But like they say we can always order it in for you. Like I say I can always go elsewhere.
