  Whenever I've tried to save time by ordering a click and collect order (whereby everything you order is ready to go at the till) it's taken an age to find anyone who can deal with my request and then another age for them to find my order...

  Haven't been to this Halfords for a couple of years since they made a monumental cock up of doing some work on my bicycle. However I was desperate for a part today so had to go in. I was presently surprised. Staff were friendly and appeard to know what they were on about, unlike the previous shower I had dealings with. Prices were ok, and stock was good. I would never take a bicycle to Halfords for repair again as long as I live, but it does seem to have improved. One major criticism however; given that one of their main selling points are bicycles it annoys me they don't have any dedicated cycling lock up points to chain your bike too while in their store. I was reduced to chaining my bike to a downpipe.

  Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, charged more at checkout than price shown on shelf. Good job I noticed and took up more time, but no problem getting refund!

  I recently purchased a roof box from this store and have to say the staff were very helpful and enthusiastic in not only helping me choose the right product but also the manager took the time to oversee me fit it. All round good blokes. Thanks again for all your help lads.
