  I popped in on the off-chance when a headlight blew. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. My car is a real pain in the rear end for headlight's, its a tricky fitting, but they were great about doing it.

  Went to buy a bike for wife and child seat. Ade was condescending and made us feel as if we were 3. Then as only one available was 9 month display, as asked for discount...of even £5 0ff £235 purchase. Declined. I said ask manager as its 9 months old £5 off as tolken gesture. Nope! Oh well...lost sale. What poor service. I can see why they are struggling!
