  I bough in Halfords online a car battery for a Peugeot 308 and the WeFit for Halfords to fit it. I phoned the store and they confirmed that they would fit it in a Peugeot 308. When I got there they said they wouldn't do it because it was too difficult. I got home and did it myself in 40min, and I never changed a car battery before. Disgraceful customer service.

  OK to buy their limited range of bikes but after sales service isn't brilliant-get your bikes serviced at other local bike shops. Not good for high end bike parts and accessories.

  Been waiting two days for a battery for my motorbike got told Thursday then told it will be in on Friday and still waiting for it. Call store many times got told by two people the can't call the suppliers than called an hour later got told they have left loads of messages to the suppliers. Never going to shop here again

  Mark was polite, patient and helpful whilst we tried out various bikes before deciding on the Orange Carrera Vengeance.
