::Has the worst customer service and unskilled so called mechanics they cannot replace a inner tube and had to take back twice as glass inside the Tyre not removed. Avoid using them if you want your bike to function. Properly.

::Staff in here are super helpful and knowledgeable. The head mechanic saw the problem immediately and knew what parts I'd need. Then also saved me time and money by telling me how I could do it myself, which I enjoyed. Will definitely be coming back. Also far cheaper and efficient than the other bike shops around Stokey.

::I wanted to get a gold service for my bike. That was on a Monday evening. I was told I'd have to leave it there until Thursday, when the service would be done, and it would only be ready Thursday afternoon. Is that ridiculous or what? If a service is only done on Thursday, why do I need to leave my bike in the shop from Monday? The service guy told me that this is the way it is at all bike shops, and that no one would be willing to book me in for a specific time slot to bring my bike. Well, surprise surprise, Evans Cycles was quite happy to do just that. I got myself a slot, so I just need to bring in my bike in that day and it'll be ready in the afternoon. What's more, as they've currently got a sale on, it'll be quite a bit cheaper than Halfords.

::I can't express.how much the staff here are just superb at customer service and totally exceeded my expectations. Just like to say a big thanks to Nick, who was brilliant in servicing my bike for my triathlon, which made a huge difference in my ride, and helped.me to achieve my best ever PB! Highly recommend this store, and totally worth the 6mile journey to get here for quality service.
