  Extremely unhelpful staff in this store. I would not recommend anyone going there and expect any service. STAY AWAY! Rather than helping they make things difficult for you. Took my daughter's bike (birthday present bought on 10th Dec 2017 from hounslow store) back to sunbury store and they simply refused to take it back. Bike is in its original sealed packaging just the wrong size. I spent an hour trying to sort it out with no luck. I simply just had to walk out with the bike which is of no use to me.

  Fairly small store so only good for the basics. As always the staff in Halfords are very young and fairly inexperienced in the trade so I wouldnt get anything done to my car by them, however they help the best they can and they are friendly and polite.

  Bike chain snapped whilst I was cycling home and I walked in off the street covered in grease/dirt. Then the guys replaced the chain and allowed me to wash my hands in their facilities while they fitted the part. Also very kindly waived the fitting fee! Thank you!
