::When I called Halfords Call Centre I was told that I could reserve the item for 72hours without going Online! When I called the Hayes store,I was told that they can Only reserve it for the Day itself and not 72 hours.I told Hajh that the Call Centre had told me otherwise and she disagreed & said that I hv to get it reserved Online in that case.Same Company with Double Standards?I told her that since the Store shuts as early as 6pm on a Saturday, it's Only Fair to allow the Customer 24 hours for the Reservation of the Product as Customers have other things to see to on a Saturday and Sunday especially since they Work long hours on Weekdays.Halfords need to Increase their Weekend Opening Hours, Improve their Customer Service by not having Double Standards and Value the Customer instead of being Critical/ rude to the Customer.I was asked to hold for 3 minutes as she had another Customer to see to and I obliged.The only good point was that after 3 minutes, she did look for the Product.I wasn't Rude at All to her but she accused me of being so.She didn't realize that as a Mgmt Consultant, I Teach Staff that the Customer is Always Right and not to be Rude to Customers as they would lose Business overall across All their Stores.

::Not good - bought set of wheel trims 2 months ago in good faith. Bought a second same set about one month ago as a standby and used one to replace a damaged trim. Last week chrome finish began to come Away from all four fitted trims this meant both sets had a manufacturing g fault Halfords refused to accept return of second set as it was not complete. Explained damaged trim was discarded. No credit or refund was offered.
