  Literally this Halifax is so rubbish. If you want to do something simple like take some money out make sure to take a couple of hours out of your day. Always huge queues and one or two people working at a time on the back desks

  Halifax St Stephens Norwich. Been with Halifax for years. There new policy of one staff member on counters is ridiculous. Having to wait for over 20 minutes every time you go in to use the counter if beyond a joke. Not everything can be done online and at the ATM. Everyone in the que very irate. Customers in the UK seem super tolerable. Elsewhere nobody would stand for such bad customer service. I know its not the people who work there at fault your great once we eventually get to the counter. It's the idiots who come up with these ideas further up the chain. Surely you should be looking after your customers. Not making everyone angry each time there in your branch. Numerous staff walking around. Two at front on help desk, would be nice to see you helping at the counters. Instead of asking why we are in there. From one of many very angry but loyall customers.
