  Very slow moving. And wanted specific cash out but said they can only give what came out of the machine behind the till?? So I waited 15 minutes when I could have just done it outside. Seems pointless if the people who work there can't give out money at the till. Doh.

  I go there once a month and thank God for that. Staff is super miserable, looks like they are there to fill the hours and go home. Never welcoming, sometimes even rude people. When I ask something they are like on offending corner, always say it is not possible and straight away start to explain why it is not possible! I ve never seen such a thing in other banks. Their new mortgage adviser lady is terrible. She welcomes you with her long face and swimming in arctic is easier then getting an appointment with her.You see a big gold star award on the table when you enter her cubicle and I really wonder who gave that start to her and what for?!! Next time I hope they ask customers first.. Genuinely poor service. It used to be much much nicer with old staff... I hope Area Manager do something about it soon.. Do you ever consider satisfaction survey sent to email addresses??
