  The place to go if you want keys cut and reliably work. Have had over 10 sets of keys cut over the years of all types including security coded keys. There is always a money back guarantee or recut...but i've never had to use it because all the keys cut by these guys always work!!!

  Amazingly helpful advice over the telephone, allowing me to fix the lock and close the door again without the need for a call out (or any charge). These people deserve your business. I am going to put their number in my phone for when I have a real emergency.

  I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I had from Shaun in the Mill Road shop last friday.... He understood what I was trying to say, was exceptionally courteous and patient and undertook to speak to his manager to sort out the problem after I left the shop. As a result Ray arranged for another very helpful member of your team to visit me this morning.... He too was patient and understanding...and I am now reassured by his thorough explanation and demonstration. It is heartening to find such good service still exists when it is so rarely found these days.
