  Used many times over the past couple of years for various maintenance work at different properties and every time the work has always been completed as requested in a reliable and timely manner. Would have no qualms recommending for others.

  I had Simon in to install a HDTV wall mount and wall-mounted shelf with a cement wall. The job was done quickly and perfectly, and at the end, I paid him to remove the mounts, fill the wholes, and repaint the wall. The price was always fair and reasonable, he was always on time, and the wall looks as if nothing was ever done to it. Even if you're fairly handy, but you don't own any of the equipment, having Simon do it doesn't incur much additional compared to renting the equipment yourself.
