  I have been visting this dental practice for over 20 years. The dentists that I have seen over this time (Dr Shah and Dr Chand) are friendly, professional and helpful. They have always given me excellent treatment, offer great advice and addressed any concerns I ever have. The dental hygienist Colin is also very friendly, cleans my teeth well and has helped me to look after my dental hygiene going forward. They are all passionate and enthusiastic dental health professionals who make you feel comfortable being there. A special mention to Magda and Razia on reception for always being efficient in booking appointments at short notice via telephone and being so polite face-to-face when coming into the practice. The Hanwell Dental Practice is perfect and I am sure that others feel the same, as patients always look happy and comfortable whenever I am there. I have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone who wants excellent customer service from people who really care about your dental health.

  3D lipo worked really well! Will definitely recommend it. I had to follow post care advise which is to drink 2litres of water everyday which was not easy for me but tried hard and at the end it is worth it. I also finished course of treatment advised by the therapist. Simran was lovely , caring and very professional outlining all the post care procedures and I managed to go down 2 sizes! Age 42

  Don't bother with the "3D Lipo" at this place, as it doesn't work. Waste of £1500. The Asian student Simran told me after I had spent close to £1000, “you’ll see results", just to keep me coming back. 6 treatments done and no results and she will then accuse you of “gaining weight” despite the weight remaining the same from the very first treatment of £400 (carried out by Ashmina). She even told me “the first treatment was rushed” Why did she not tell me this after the first treatment? Meaning it wasn't done properly. I'm being told this after I had spent close to £1000. Very dishonest and misleading. She wanted me to pay another £500 for one more treatment! Also Simran wanted to try out other Lipo treatments without the knowledge of anyone else downstairs , as "they would kill her if they found out". Fully aware that the £1500 on Lipo had not worked, so lets try something else instead. My advise is get Liposuction or have a gastric band fitted. More expensive but those actually work. See the other 1 star reviews for patients that have been misled. Seeking legal advice.

  Had a misfortune of being refereed here for an emergency appointment. Very poor. I received NO help, which quite is lucky really, as the so called dentist i've seen seemed utterly incompetent
