  Beautiful environment but the beer selection really let them down. They run out of 4 of the 6 ales on draft

  Overall our visit to the Hare and Hounds was very disappointing. Drinks were way too overpriced. Starters we all agreed were okay, borderline good. Some mains however were shambolic, two people ordered the same meal but ended up with variances in the veg that came with the meal, which, I might add were also cold. Too much pastry for the steak and ale pudding. Mash tasted as though cooked from frozen as well. Service was poor, food taking ages to reach our table. And when eating nobody came to check if all was in order. When a waiter came to collect our plates one person expressed their dislike of their main, to which the waiter said "Oh" and we never heard anything more from him. Not even an apology at least.
