::I finally got seen on the 4th reschedule and the technician was so pleasant and attentive, I was highly impressed. My only issue would be the 6% strength they use, which is poor in comparison to other places. But my teeth did look 2 shades whiter.

::Had the Phillips zoom in chair treatment great price but was not as effective as I thought but the dentist did explain it may not be, the staff were lovely polite and accommodating gave good advice the place was clean and modern would have given 5 stars if the dentist wasn't 40 minutes late (he did apologise)

::Wish I read the reviews before booking. Payed 199 for teeth bleaching. At the day of appointment spend 40 minutes waiting but nobody was there. After contact the practice next day they told me the staff was there waiting for me. Because it's my fault they refuse to refund the money. Hopefully the credit cards department sort this out for me. Won't recommend!

::Got my Philips zoom teeth whitening done with them and very happy with he results! The staff were fantastic. They are clearly starting but the team is enthusiastic and I'm sure they'll do great! I will be back :)

::Not sure if all the 1 star reviews are real but this is my experience from today 26.08.2017 booked appointment and paid for. Appointment was confirmed, day before got a call to reschedule the appointment. I did not agree and asked for refund or original appointment. Appointment happened right on time. The dental technician was lovely and polite. Communications with this place is hard as the phone takes you to on hold music and you can sit on that for hours as there will be no answer. Email communication a little better. Glad my teeth whitening appointment took place when I scheduled it and that it looks fantastic. Happy with the results. Only paid £199 which is a fantastic deal for Philips ZOOM. Giving it 4 stars as they did attempt to reschedule my appointment as other reviews say but the appointment took place. Also 4 stars as the phone contact is impossible. It is a new practice and I hope they will get better with time. Great concept, money saving they could be very successful if they get more organised. All in all I am satisfied and can recommend just don't give into rescheduling and push for the appointment you booked.
