  Charged me 14 quid for a chain that's on sale for 6 quid everywhere else. The service is ok, but they're not exactly good value for money.

  Took my bike in for a full service after having it for 3 years and hardly changing anything. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Got my bike in like new working order for a fair price. Before changing anything with my bike they rang me to make sure that I wanted some items on my bike replacing rather than just doing it like some places might. They also cut my old bike lock off for me with no extra charge. Will definitely be back if I experience any problems with my bike. Great work

  Verry expensive store . They are dont have expireance for that job.

  Really love going to this shop -everyone is so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you. They have tweaked things on my bike several times for no charge. Really recommended!

  Friendly and honest service Big thanks to the guys at Harry Hall for sorting out the dodgy shifting on my road bike so quickly and effectively today. All the staff are always so friendly and helpful. And I really appreciate that they only sell me the service and parts I really need - a big name bike shop would likely re-do ALL my cables and upsell me a new derailleur hanger too.
