  Rude receptionist! Extremely rude but apparently pointing fingers and saying shut up is stuff she has done for years ! I think it’s rude when someone has spent 28k with you.

  The receptionist was fine but when she asked a salesman if he was free to talk to me , a customer , he said he was "too busy"!!!!! So I just turned around and walked out. If that is their customer service , say no more , it stinks. Went down Peugeot in the end , they couldn't of been more helpful. Picking my car up soon from there.

  Helpful parts dept. Normally non stock items available for next morning. Don't have special offers on consumables like some other ford dealers.

  We recently bought a car that had been part-exchanged to this garage, and we did not get the spare key. We contacted the previous owner who told us that he had definitely handed over the spare key to Hartwell. However, when we tried to chase up the key with Hartwell, they did not even respond to our enquiry. If they take this little care with spare keys and have such little courtesy for people, it really makes you wonder what kind of care they take with customer's cars when they do servicing work etc. My partner is absolutely infuriated with them and will be taking further steps to make trading standards etc aware. We will leave a further review here as a follow up.
