The food was good and so were the prices. Unfortunately that was the only good points as it took over 2 hours to get through just a main course and starter as, although there were a lot of staff, getting served was nearly impossible. There was a puddle on the floor with a wet floor sign yet for the 2 and a half hours we were there the staff were quite happy to let guests walk through it and do nothing about it. The gents toilet was a disgrace with broken locks, mirror torn from wall and a nasty sticky floor. All in all it was not a great experience despite the good food. Maybe just picked a bad time but will never know as not likely to return.

Salad cart isn't what it used to be.. But it has been twenty years. Food generally good service was great despite being from a different harvester.

Having waited for an hour and fifteen minutes still no sign of food! Apparently it was because I ordered a It was only a mixed grill. well done steak! Food eventually arrived, and definitely not worth the wait. The well done steak was still rare. So much for asking. Everything else except the egg was over cooked though, maybe the cook can't read. The egg was nicely undercooked the chips were awful. Undoubtedly the worst meal I've ever had

Prices have really increased, £6.29 for a fudge cake, £15 for some ribs...Not worth it in my eyes. They have a evening saver menu (2 courses for £11.99) which they don't advertise you have to ask for it. However, you have to pay £3 extra if you want steak or ribs and an extra £1 if you want the brownie sundae so not really good value on that case. Bottle of house pinot group was £11.99 and was quite light and easy to drink. Had to ask for several items on the salad bar to be replenished.
