::We are very satisfied of the service provided. It was quite busy. We delt with Dec and he was great, very patient and he did stay with us after hours helping us to load the sofa. I recommend this place, and especially the seller.

::Never deal with this company, unless your hobby is being ripped off. Long story short, narrow hallway, told sales reptile, assurred corner suite would fit through, it didn't. Charged £200 for their inconvenience If I was allowed to swear, I would. Nobody cared. Don't get shafted like I did! Horrible company.

::Disgusting diabolical service. Paid cash upfront, waited 12 weeks, got a date for delivery then got a call days before to say it's not in the warehouse so they changed the date.i got rid of my sofa the night before delivery, booked leave from work, got a call to say between 3 and 4 later a text to say delay, no sofa at 6 40 rang call centre 100% it will be with you, then a call from driver no delivery accident.i was raging called the next morning to be told no accident driver ran out of time.came this morning no Harveys van it was laurel and hardy, they couldn't find my suite nearly got a red one, Itook a video as they emptied the van onto the street with my husband helping, the driver laughed when I said it was you who rang last night, he said I work for Benson's and smirked I rang the call centre who offered back the delivery charge, a joke the advisor who's name I have refused for me to speak to a manager, it was the service and incompetence I wanted to get across not £59.This deserves no stars but wouldn't let me post without.Never again I'll deal with them.

::Came to the store and was interested in a chair I tried to ask the salesmen ( forgotten the name he gave me as he had no badge, he was a mid- late 30's Asian male) about it he ignored me. So I asked him again and he told me to ask the other sales assistant very rudely. So I told him this was unacceptable and he then began to argue with me and say rude comments under his breath. I'm am a female who felt threatened and disrespected in this store and don't feel I was properly compensated as it was totally outrageous and unacceptable and will never spend my money with this company if they continue to employ this man. I'm usually a calm person but I felt so disgusted and disrespected. Absolutely awful customer service deserves 0 stars

::Recently we were 'browsing' looking for a dining room table and chairs and a possible sideboard. Approached by a young salesman who was was helpful at the start but after 30 mins of listening to the deals they could do for us and the tactics he was using were appalling. His patter came straight out of the double glazing salesmans pressure selling manual. Never again will we enter that shop...We just walked out... although after we stupidly left our mobile number they did try calling me on 2 or 3 occasions so I just ignored it. Michael.
