  Pretty lousy experience - not cheap, OK first consultation with a diagnosis (hamstring), but a strange obsession with 'upselling' and every opportunity taken to try to sell ever more services - £58 for 'biomechanical screening', £350 for orthotics, more ££ for rehab sessions. They're now hounding me for £12.50 for an appointment I already paid for but did not attend! Pretty rapacious and not good value. BEWARE. Will be going to good old NHS next time. POSTSCRIPT - after I posted this the practice manager got in touch to apologise and try to sort out. She acknowledged that the fees for the cancelled appointment should not have been applied, and explained that she would ask staff to deal with these issues more sensibly in future.
