  It took three months to sell our property but eventually it all went well. Laura and Louise were both excellent keeping us informed throughout the process. The 1% commission rate is particularly good value. More expensive agents could not have done more. Our only criticism were the errors and omissions in the first details of the property. Once corrected everything went fine.

  From the first visit we knew we had chosen the right agents, we were selling a property due to a family bereavement. Ginny and Sharon made the whole thing effortless. After calling a few other agents in the area, one of which did not even have the courtesy to call us back, Hawkesford stood out a mile from the rest. From start to finish they were professional, really friendly, and happy to give us advice. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Exceptional.

Sharon and Ginny provided exceptional service, particularly when the initial sale fell through and they managed to get me another offer, from a new buyer, within 24 hours.   We sold our house in Southam through Hawkesford, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Ginny and the team were very knowledgable and helpful throughout. They quickly found us a buyer and kept us updated throughout the sale process. The fees were very reasonable and clearly explained at the start.   Re: house sale Our initial meeting with Ginny was reassuring and we were promptly provided with a valuation without any pressure to proceed. Guidance was professional but friendly throughout the process from start to finish. We were kept informed at every step with communication being excellent. During the time the house was on market, there was a steady steam of viewings which were mainly handled by the agents. Feedback was always prompt and useful in guiding us to 'tweaking' any ways to improve presentation. All staff were polite and always ready to help but Ginny and Sharon in particular have been very supportive throughout the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hawksford Southam.
