  We went into Hayes travel in Middlesbrough to get advice on booking a holiday we were attended by Kelly she was so helpful and talked us through all our options and came up with a excellent package which was just what we wanted We came out really pleased with the help we recieved and are excitedly looking forward to our holiday .   Great staff at this travel agent have booked number of holidays here nothing to much trouble. Had problem with Jet 2 over booked seats tried to sort myself after 28 days no joy called into hays sorted in 1 wk £40 refund.

  Hi i booked a holiday to malta staying at blue sea santa maria hotel in buggiba whiih i must say was good on a recommendation of your of the rep in the middlesbrough shop but when i booked i made a point of asking if it was in a level area and she said it was definately was, but i climbed more mountains than julie andrews in the sound of music!! so i think a little more of a geography lesson for the staff on the resorts being promoted would not go amiss Yours T Davies may 2014
