  Based on my personal experience I would not recommend this practice . For me it was one of my worst experiences in this field. The overall customer service was extremely poor .The receptionist was rude and I found the solicitor I had unwittingly instructed to be at best remote . Phone calls were never returned and emails asking important and relevant questions rarely answered in full even though I had paid a substantial amount of money on account. I agree that any other firm has got be better than this one . if the quality of service is of any importance Hegarty needs to think long and hard about the quality of staff /so called management they let loose on the public . Extremely poor with obvious little work life experience outside of the local vicinity. I cannot see this company growing over the years as eventually such poor service catches up

  Fantastic service! Truly believed that my associate (Sarah Dunne) spent countless hours on my case and I therfore got the best outcome possible. The service provided by Mrs. Dunne was impeccable and I can not thank the law firm and particularly Sarah Dunne enough! I would strongly recommend Hegarty solicitors to anyone who has a case to prosecute or defend.

  I would highly recommend using Ashley and Kally at Hegarty anytime. Having used both of their services for such a crucial time of my business I couldn't fault them at all. They have been so accommodating to my constant emails and phone calls which at times they must have found bit annoying. I wish them all the best and I will not be going anywhere else for a very long time.

  Greg Baker and Kally Singh are the 2 solicitors I use regularly at Hegarty's. They are both consistently friendly,obliging and professional when dealing with my business and personal affairs. They always explain legal jargon in layman's terms. They always return correspondence and telephone calls promptly. Their billing is always fair and reasonable. A "one stop shop" firm of solicitors with a "family firm" culture. A local firm of solicitors you can rely on.
