  Good location for most nearby businesses eg Arm or Microsoft. Variable quality of breakfast. Rooms clean and well equipped. Could do with a facelift, has a bit of a Fawlty towers aesthetic going on.

  Friendly staff, room was relatively large and very clean, English breakfast was nice. Shower had low water pressure (but water was warm), walking to the center of town is ~20 min. The location is quiet. Overall good value option.

  Convenient location for the Junction but that's about it. Rooms over 4 flights of stairs with no lift, outdated decor in need of some TLC. Very hot or cold depending on what floor you were on.
