  After returning the van and they confirmed there was NO damage and the fuel had been refilled, Hertz decided to STEAL £23.30 out of my account with no reason or explanation. Would never use these cowboys again!!!

  It's a great car hire service. Staff is very friendly and service very fast. I don't have to queue for long as somewhere else. Actually, I don't remember any queue here ever. And I also like that they also have bike racks available in front of the office so you can lock your bike there while hiring a car.

  When it's good it's really really good, but sometimes you get the wrong guy on the wrong day. I've rented from here regularly and will continue to.
