  Small . Well run hotel . Rooms are small but clean . Staff friendly. Ok for a short stay

  Definitely cheap and therefore not so glamorous. But, does what it needs to do.

  Had booked for 3 nights, walked in the door, got so many bad vibes and felt very unsafe. Tried to check in, guy was very abrupt and said i couldn't check in until 2 (it was 9 o clock), felt it was a sign not to stay there. Cancelled my booking (which was £30) and went to the Clayton and stayed in an actual proper hotel for cheaper. 40 minute walk to the city. Just do yourself a favour and don't stay here.

  Stayed here for two nights in November. Was very impressed with how quiet it is, couldn't hear any road noise from room at all. I stayed in an ensuite double room - the room was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was offered in the mornings. Well worth it for the price and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Leeds. Gave 4/5 stars because the room was VERY hot during the night and you aren't able to control the temperature from inside the room.
