  BEWARE. This place has a habit of cancelling if they get a better offer. I.e. More rooms sold. Even when they've had your money for months. NO MORALS obviously.

  Booked for a weekend break for 20+ friends to sleep and socialise. Bedrooms were mostly okay... Some were very small and mine hard to get into with the suitcase! One "bedroom" was on the landing! I was aware that some rooms but not all were ensuits before arrival but If you didn't have an ensuite, you had to walk through someone's bedroom to use a shower or bath! There were two toilets (one upstairs and one down) that didn't require walking through other people's space). The hot tub only had seats for 5 (despite the venue being for 20+ people) and although you could squeeze more people in, most had to sit on the side and we had to swap in and out. This might not have been a problem if there were no barriers between the pool and the hot tub! The pool is inside and we weren't allowed to open the doors between the hot tub and pool. The pool was quite small, and was rather cold, despite all the doors being closed. We booked a dance class for all members of out group and a few weeks before our stay we were forced to book two classes as we were told we wouldn't all fit in the dance studio (the owners were told when we originally booked how many would be involved!). When the dance teacher arrived, she said the ceiling of the dance studio was too low anyway and suggested we have the lesson outside. So in the end we paid for two lessons but had one large lesson outside around the side of the house (between house and pool area). This was possible as no one was In the other wing and we weren't disturbing anyone but I'm not sure what we would have done if the were other people in the other wing! Finally it's worth mentioning that after we had secured the wing and paid the money the owners/managers did try to get us to move to the other wing (around a week before our arrival!). Thankfully they kept to their original terms of sale but it wasn't easy!
